Yes, they will be individually cut-and-sewn according to your body measurements.
Do you sell Ready-to-Wear dresses?
No, all dresses are custom-made by our tailors.
Does the price cover materials and workmanship?
Yes. All you have to pay is the listed price plus shipping cost.

We serve customers from all over the world, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most European countries
How much do you charge for shipping?
All shipments will be charged shipping costs calculated by weight and destination. Orders are shipped via Speedpost (the international courier service of Hongkong Post). As a rough idea, shipping cost of a short A-line dress (about 2 pounds) to USA and UK will be US$19.9 and US$26.9 repectively. Shipping estimation is available before you checkout.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time from ordering will be 4 weeks for Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, USA and UK. All other countries will receive shipment within 6 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. We use PayPal to provide highly secure online credit card processing.

What is your Return Policy?
Since the dresses are tailor made, they are not returnable. We do, however, guarantee the dresses will fit well and we will make any necessary alterations for free. Please refer to the Terms of Service.
What if the tailor-made dresses need alterations?
Our tailors skillful and well-experienced tailors will be able to prepare a well fit dress for you provided the measurements are correct. However, there is chance that slight alternation may be required. In such case we shall provide free alternation. For any case, customers will pay the postage for sending the dress to us and we shall pay the return postage. Please see the Terms of Service.
I have my own dress design. Can you make it for me?
In fact we can make almost any dress for you. Please see Your Design section for what we have made for some of our clients. We welcome your unique design. Please email, mail, or fax the design to us. We will reply with a price quote within 3 days.
